Linda Elaine Wilson, 75 of Springfield, left this life on July 27, 2022, to join her beloved husband of 29 years, Robert Duane Wilson.

Linda played many roles including daughter, wife, Mom and Nana. She was always wearing a smile and had the ultimate positive outlook on life. She worked for the Missouri Department of Social Services, then spent the majority of her career with The Springfield-Greene County Health Department as a Health Inspector. She later taught at Ozarks Technical Community College as a ServSafe Instructor.  For many years she worked for and volunteered with the American Red Cross. After retirement, she went on to be a founding member of The Limu Company and launched distribution in all of the Midwest impacting many lives.

She is survived by her daughter, Jaimie Frazier and Jaimie's spouse, Jason Young of Lenexa, KS; granddaughter, Madison Cardin; stepson, Buddy Wilson and his daughters Amber and Deidre.

In lieu of flowers, the family is asking that donations be made to The American Red Cross.

The family will be holding services at Missouri Veteran’s Cemetery in Springfield, Missouri on August 2nd at 1:00 p.m. under the care of Gorman-Scharpf Funeral Home.
