David Bogner, 74, of Nixa, Missouri passed away March 15, 2024. He was born Oct. 9, 1949 in Joplin, Missouri, to George Franklin and Hazel Spencer Bogner.
He was a family practice doctor and flight surgeon serving in the Air Force from 1975 until 1990 at Scott Air Force Base Illinois, Lajes Field Azores, Portugal and Grand Forks, North Dakota. From there he served with the Department of Defense in Denver, Colorado until retiring at the rank of Colonel in 1996.
Survivors include his wife, Connie Clow; sons Christopher, Nicholas and Braden; one sister; and six grandchildren.
In lieu of flowers, memorial contributions may be made to the ASPCA and St. Jude's Children's Research Hospital.
Cremation rites were accorded by Adams Crematory and arrangements are under direction of Adams Funeral Home, Nixa, Missouri.
