Sam F. Hamra III (Sammy), 65 of Springfield, passed away on Sunday, June 2, 2024 surrounded by his family.
Sammy was also an avid car show enthusiast and on any given first Saturday of the month, you would find him at Steak ‘n Shake for the car shows.
Sam was survived by his parents Sam F. Hamra and June S. Hamra; his siblings, his daughter Cynthia Toole, his son John F. Hamra and others.
The family asks that in lieu of flowers, contributions can be made to the Marine Corps Reserve Toys for Tots.
A celebration of life will be held on Thursday, June 13, 2024, at 11 a.m. CST, at the St. James Episcopal Church located at 2645 East Southern Hills Blvd, Springfield, Missouri 65804.
