Nora Mae Gunderson, 89 of Rogersville, passed away on June 12, 2024, at the Lakewood – Arbors Memory Center in Springfield, Mo.
Nora was employed at Brown Shoe Co. and later by Lily Tulip Cup corporation. She later went to work as a clerk at JC Penny and retired as Floor Supervisor. She was a member of General Baptist Church and served in many volunteer positions at Redeemer Lutheran Church.
She is survived by her husband Gary Gunderson, daughter Vickie Lehenbaur, and her husband Mark, daughter Elaine Garrison and her husband Rich, and others.
A memorial service will be held on Saturday June 22, 2024, at Redeemer Lutheran Church, Springfield, Missouri at 11:00 am, with a one-hour visitation before the service at 10:00 am.
In lieu of flowers, the family has requested donations be made in Nora’s memory to the Missouri Chapter of The Alzheimer’s Association.
