Darla Denise (Berry) Jackson, 65 of Springfield, received her Heavenly wings on June 17, 2024 after a long battle with health complications.
Darla fell in love and married world-renowned blues singer Norman Jackson, their loved endured until his passing on April 12, 2020.
Her children carry her close to their hearts, daughter, Karla Berry; son, Norman Jackson; daughter, Shaniece Alton and deceased daughter, Deja Jackson. She is also served by others.
Visitation and viewing will be Saturday, June 22, 2024 from 10 am to 12pm at Gorman Scharpf Funeral Home.
A private family burial will be in Holy Resurrection Cemetery, Ash Grove, Missouri.
