Dorothy Lucille (Sconce) Hoffer, age 90, passed away February 2nd, 2022.
She was born October 24, 1931, at the family home near the Jacks Fork River in Eminence, Missouri.
The family who will cherish her memory is her son, Nathan Wesley Hoffer and wife Rachel; granddaughter, Bonnie Lucille (Hoffer) Shikles and husband Jon B; and grandson, Silas Taylor Hoffer; their mother Laura Ritter. Also, three Sisters-In-Law, Milda Marguarette “Biddy” (Fry) Sconce, Wandalea Fern (Dethrow) Sconce and Daisy Blanche (Hoffer) Murphy. There are also many, many nieces, nephews and cousins who will miss her dearly.
Funeral arrangements are being made by Greenlawn Funeral Home.
Visitation will be from 12 to 2 pm Saturday, February 5th at Pitts Chapel, 316 E Broadway, Bolivar, Missouri. Burial will take place at Greenwood Cemetery Tuesday, February 8, at 1:00 PM with Elder Gary Fulbright Officiating. In lieu of flowers, donations to the family would be greatly appreciated.
