Rezoning University Heights to commercial: As a resident of Springfield since 1964, I am appalled at the current trend toward urban neighborhoods. More respect for preserving homes in urban neighborhoods is necessary to keep them strong.

How would you like it, Mr. Duda, if your mother lived in one of those houses?

There's no good reason for you to have that corner except that you want it.
