A two-day trial date has been set for Jan. 18-19, 2024 for a lawsuit filed by several University Heights residents fighting to stop a Be Kind & Merciful multi-use development plan for National Avenue and Sunshine Street.
The lawsuit contends that any development other than residential in the neighborhood is in violation of nearly 100-year-old deed restrictions.
The case will be heard by Greene County Circuit Judge Derek Ankrom.
