Join us EVERY Sunday at 11 am for a Gentle Vinyasa Flow while enjoying your favorite pint of beer!
(Yoga is a full hour from 11am-12pm and the Beer Garden will open back up for seating around 12:15 after set up of tables)
Cost: $15!
Bring yourself, a mat, and a friend if you want!
“Sipportunities” will be given throughout the practice. This is a mixed-level stretch class. Be ready for a balance between work and rest, fun and meditation led by Gabriel Fleetwood!
