Play Ball Baseball Skills Competition Ages 7-14

At our Play Ball Skills Competition, attendees will have the opportunity to show off their skills in a competitive and fun environment at Hammons Field. This event is completely free to join so long as you are registered in the correct age range. Put your baseball skills to the test on Friday, June 14. Each attendee should bring their own helmet, bat, and glove.

Come out to Hammons Field on Friday, June 14 for our annual Play Ball Baseball Skills Competition. For baseball players age 7 - 14, come test your skills.

There are three age range brackets. Ages 7-9 will compete from 9 AM - 10 AM. Ages 10-12 will compete from 10 AM - 11 AM. Ages 13-14 will compete from 11 AM - 12 Noon. There is no cost affiliated with this event.

PLAY BALL Weekend is baseball’s signature youth engagement activity, involving all 150 MLB and MiLB teams. Youth are encouraged to learn more about the game and will be provided opportunities to gain new skills in a fun environment.
