UPDATE, 10:16 a.m.: Springfield police have safely located Ivy Braden, the subject of an Endangered Person Advisory. They are still looking for Ricky Braden, who they believe assaulted and abducted her.

The Springfield Police Department is asking for the public’s help in finding a missing woman and the man they believe is involved in her disappearance.

Police say Ricky Braden, 36, assaulted Ivy Braden, 30, at 2614 W. Nichols St.

During the alleged assault, Ricky Braden is alleged to have forced Ivy Braden — against her will and possibly while she was struggling — into the trunk of a white 2001 Infiniti Q45 with Missouri license plate RK5 K5D. The full-size Infiniti sedan was last seen traveling westbound on Nichols Street.

Ivy Braden is described as 4-foot-11 and 105 pounds, with brown hair and green eyes. She was last seen wearing a NASCAR shirt and blue jeans, and may not have shoes.

Ricky Braden is 6-foot and 140 pounds, with brown hair and blue eyes. He was last seen wearing an orange shirt and blue jeans.

Anyone with information relating to Ivy or Ricky Braden’s whereabouts should call 911 or make an anonymous tip to Crime Stoppers at (417) 869-TIPS (8477).
