More details are emerging about the two-day event MyPillow CEO Mike Lindell is planning later this month in Springfield.

Lindell first announced his plans in July, then calling it the “biggest event” and “most important event ever in our lifetime.”

According to the Springfield News-Leader, Lindell’s “Moment of Truth Summit” will be held Aug. 20-21 at the University Plaza Hotel and Convention Center.

The event will be live-streamed on Lindell's website FrankSpeech.com beginning at 9 a.m. on Aug. 20.

Lindell has been permanently banned from Twitter for promoting the baseless claim that former President Donald Trump won the election.

Lindell has continued to insist that the presidential election was rigged even after U.S. President Joe Biden’s administration began in 2021.

In a video recently posted on Lindell’s website, a spokesperson warns: “Elections have consequences. These selections are transforming the spirit of our country. The focus on the entire nation must be on this event.”

According to that video, Lindell will be joined by speakers from all 50 states for the “Moment of Truth Summit.”

“We are faced with the gravest of challenges,” Lindell’s video says. “For the first time in the history of our nation, technology has been activated that attacks our constitution with the capacity to destroy our future. We must remove voting machines and any electronic devices from all elections forever.”

Hotel reservation blocks totaling almost 200 rooms have been reserved across Springfield for the weekend event, the News-Leader reported.

A message left for University Plaza’s director of sales Nathan Wood has not yet been returned.
