The Office of the Greene County Clerk announced in a news release the dates and times no-excuse absentee voting will be available for the April 4 municipal election.

In-person, no-excuse absentee voting will be available at the Greene County Elections Center, located at 1126 N. Boonville Ave. in Springfield, beginning March 21, Monday through Friday, from 8 a.m. to 5 p.m., up through the day before the election, and on Saturday, April 1, from 9 a.m. to 1 p.m.

According to the release, no-excuse absentee voters must present one of the following forms of identification:

  • A non-expired Missouri driver or non-driver license
  • A non-expired military ID, including a veteran’s ID card
  • A non-expired U.S. passport
  • Another photo ID issued by the U.S. or the state of Missouri that is either non-expired or expired after the date of the most recent general election (Nov. 8, 2022)
