A 36-year-old Springfield man died in a one-vehicle crash at about 10:40 a.m. Monday, Jan. 16, in Branson West in Stone County.
Brent M. Sexton was driving north on Highway 13 when his 2003 Ford Explorer ran off the right side of the road at a high speed, overturned down and embankment and caught fire, according to an online report by the Missouri State Highway Patrol.
Sexton was ejected from the vehicle and pronounced dead at the scene.
