Charles “Jerry” Choate, 69 of Springfield, passed away on June 18, 2024, at Cox South Hospital.
Jerry was an account rep. for an Industrial Supply Company until he retired.
He is survived by his life companion: Paula Moore, daughter Nikki Choate and her husband, Dalton and his son, Jerry Lee Choate and his wife Molly, and others.
A Memorial visitation for Jerry will be held on Thursday, June 27, 2024, from 5:00 p.m. to 7:00 p.m. at Greenlawn Funeral Home North.
