David was born in Springfield, Missouri, to Willford “Willie” Hill and Nora (Mead) Hill on March 23, 1956. He is survived by his children, Michael (Brenna) Hill, Matthew (Michelle) Hill, his fur child, Ellie, siblings, Marlene Glendenning, Ruth Tenney, Helen Huffman, Doris Meyers, Howard Hill, Tom Hill, grandchildren, Kennedy, Carter, Kayde, Morganne, Annabell, Derek, Sidney, and numerous nieces and nephews.
