Freda “Louise” (Thomas) Myers departed this world and reached her Heavenly home surrounded by loved ones on Sunday, February 13, 2022.
A mother of six, Louise spent much of her adult life raising and playing with babies and children and cooking for large groups of people, doing a spectacular job and managing to keep all six of them well-fed and well-loved.
The memories we hold of this amazing woman will live on forever, but specifically, Louise is survived by her children, Debbie (Jim) O’Neal, Michael Myers, Pam Smith, Randy Myers, Steve Myers, and Danny (Georganna) Myers, as well as the previously mentioned myriad of grandchildren, great-grandchildren, and great-great-grandchildren. She was preceded in death by her parents, Raymond and Alma Thomas, her brothers Bobbie and Lewis Wayne Thomas, her former husband Herschel Dean Myers, her grandchildren Alex and Randall Myers, and her grandson James Eric O’Neal.
A visitation will be held on Thursday, February 17, 2022, from 6:00-8:00 PM at Green Lawn North Funeral Home. Funeral services will be held on Friday, February 18, 2022 beginning at 1:00 PM at Greenlawn North Funeral Home. A burial service will follow.
