Jeffrey Gene Berger, 72 of Springfield, went to be with his Lord and Savior on May 27, 2024, with his family by his side.
After a year, he joined the U.S. Army Reserves. After holding several sales and sales management positions throughout the Midwest, Jeff joined Certified Metals in Springfield, Missouri, in 1982, where he enjoyed a long and successful career, retiring as Vice President of Sales in 2014.
Jeff was a long-time member of First & Calvary Presbyterian Church, where he served as an Elder and Deacon.
He is survived by his wife Debbie, his daughter Sarah (Zak) Woodward and others.
A visitation for family and friends will take place on Sunday, June 2 from 2 to 4 p.m. at Gorman-Scharpf Funeral Home at 1947 E. Seminole in Springfield, MO.
A funeral service will take place at 10 a.m. on Monday, June 3, in the Brentwood Chapel at Gorman-Scharpf.
Memorial contributions may be made in Jeff’s name to Well of Life in Springfield, Missouri or to the charity of the donor’s choice.
