Lance Johnson, 51 of Springfield, passed from the world on May 25, 2024, at Barnes Jewish Hospital, St. Louis, Missouri.
Lance spent most of his career working at Midwest Cancer Screening, Springfield, MO.
Lance is survived by his wife Kristi, son Bryce, currently serving in the Marines, and others.
There will be a family only graveside service at Maple Park Cemetery.
Celebration of Life for all friends and family to honor Lance will be held at Char Steakhouse, 1620 E. Republic Rd., held Friday May 31st, 5:30 throughout the evening, all friends welcome, please come and share your favorite memories.
