Sandra Friedhofen Stinson, 83, passed away in her home surrounded by her family on Friday, February 18, 2022.
She was born on August 9, 1938, in Springfield, Missouri to Andrew and Cozette Friedhofen.
Sandra married Jack, her high school sweetheart, and they were married for 63 loving years.
Sandra is survived by her husband, Jack; children, Jack (Tammy) Stinson of Nixa and Jill (Steve) Cox of Springfield; grandchildren Natalee (Felicia) Stinson, Corey Stinson, Hunter (Lauren) Cox and Lauren Cox; great-grandson, Niko Stinson; sister, JoAn (Jack) Inman; brother, Andy (Brenda) Friedhofen; sister-in-law, Dee Talbutt and many cousins, nieces, nephews and friends. She is also survived by her sweet, furry companion, Piper.
The funeral service will be held on Sunday, February 27, 2022, at 2:30 PM at Gorman-Scharpf Funeral Home.
Visitation will be from 1:00 PM until the time of service. Burial will be Monday, February 28 at 11:00 AM in Hazelwood Cemetery.
