Sarah Hinze passed away peacefully on April 12, 2024, at the age of 92 in Ozark, Missouri. She was born on June 28, 1932 in the Netherlands, Europe.
Sarah was a brave and adventurous woman who immigrated to New York from Europe and raised her daughter, Jana Maciejczak, as a single parent.
Sarah is survived by her daughter, Jana Maciejczak, grandsons Christopher and Scott Maciejczak Jr., brother Christian Hinze, niece Anet Hinze, niece Camielle Hinze, and was preceded in death by her brother, Oscar Hinze.
A funeral service to honor and celebrate Sarah’s life will be held on Monday, April 22, 2024, at 2:00 p.m. Adams Funeral Home in Ozark, Missouri. Burial will follow at Prospect Cemetery, Ozark. Visitation will be from 1:30-2:00 p.m. immediately before the service.
