Ozarks Technical Community College campuses will be open Saturday for registration and student preparation. The sessions are set in advance of the first day of classes, scheduled for Aug. 21.

All six of the college’s campuses and centers will be open from 9 a.m.-12 p.m. Saturday. Students can find assistance with admissions, enrollment, advising, financial aid and student account services, according to a press release from the college.

Staff members at all six locations will also expand their availability over the next few weeks, between Aug. 14 and 25, according to the release. Hours for the Springfield campus will be from 7:30 a.m.-6 p.m., Monday-Thursday and 8 a.m.-4:30 p.m. on Fridays until Aug. 25.

If a student is unable to go to one of the locations, they may set up communication through other means, including a Zoom appointment, live chat, call or message.

The bookstore at the Springfield campus will have expanded hours of operation, from 9 a.m. to noon Saturday, and 7:30 a.m. to 6 p.m. Aug. 21 to 23. Students at other OTC locations may arrange to have materials shipped for free, according to the release.

OTC has locations in Springfield, west of Ozark, Hollister, Lebanon, Republic and Waynesville.
