Editor's note: The juvenile has been safely located, according to the Springfield Police Department on May 10.

The family of an endangered missing Springfield teenager is asking anyone with information to please contact police.

Reilly Williams is 17 years old and prefers to go by the name Bella Swan. Williams is 5-foot-7 and 190 pounds with blonde hair and a pale complexion. Williams' hair is possibly a bit darker now.

Williams was last seen at 7:30 a.m. Monday, April 29, near the intersection of West Glenwood Street at South Golden Avenue in southwest Springfield. Williams was absent from school on April 29.

“Bella is still missing,” Jackie Adams said. “Any information is appreciated and the family, we really just want her to come home. At least let someone somewhere know that Bella is okay.”

Williams was last seen wearing a purple romper-style jumpsuit and heels.

Williams has the mental capabilities of a 10-12 year old, according to information from police.

“It’s a very unique situation, and I hope people will be sensitive to that,” Adams said. “Right now we are looking for a missing child.

“All that matters is we have a missing child,” she said. “Have you seen Bella or do you know anything about Bella?”

Information may be reported anonymously

Anyone with information relating to Williams’ whereabouts should call 911 or make an anonymous tip to Crime Stoppers at 417-869-TIPS (8477) or online at p3tips.com.

Williams also is listed on the National Center for Missing and Exploited Children’s website.

Adams, who is the sister of Williams’ aunt and close with the missing teen, believes the police are working very hard on the case and are responding to any tips they receive.

As far as the family knew, Williams did not have a cell phone.

Worried Williams might have secretly obtained or had access to a cell phone and been in contact with someone the family does not know, Adams is asking that any of Williams’ friends who might know of a cell phone number for Williams to please share that information with police.

Adams described Williams as a teen who mostly goes to school, comes home and watches a lot of television. Williams doesn’t really like going places, Adams said, so “this is highly unexpected and unusual behavior for Bella.”

“We appreciate all those keeping a look out for Bella and ask you to continue that support,” she said. “Somewhere there has to be that piece of information out there that will help us find Bella.”

Adams is hopeful someone noticed Williams after 7:45 a.m. Monday, April 29 and will call the police.

“If anyone has talked with Bella on a phone recently, please give police that number. That could be the difference,” Adams said. “We want Bella home. At the very least (we) want to know she is safe. So if you know where she is or have contact, please let Bella know we love and care for her.

“Bella, if you are reading this, please, please, let someone know you are safe,” Adams said. “Call or text home or 911.”
